• He walked into the bar, pulled out his .44 Winchester Revolver, and shot the bartender in the head. As his crimson burst from the split melon of a head that the bartender once had, everyone else immediately pulled out various revolvers, pistols, rifles, shotguns, and knives and directed them at the assailant.

The Man put his hands up, but provided ample evidence of his crimes-a piece of paper. But the evidence was what was written upon it, not what the paper. A one thousand dollar bounty notice lay upon the paper, showing that this man was a bounty hunter. The people stopped, and put their armaments away. One man looked at the Hunter.

"Wha'd he do?" He asked, and the Hunter turned to him, as he looked at the paper.

"Quite a bit. Assault, murder, robbery, and rape." The Hunter finished, and left a knife stuck through the former bartenders hand. A whore followed him outside, as he quickly exited the saloon.

"Sir, wait!" She said, as he stopped moving for a brief second. He turned and looked.

"What can I do for you, ma'am?" He asked. She began to cry, overjoyed with what had happened.

"I...I just wanted to say thank you, sir. The woman he murdered and raped was my older sister, and I...I was going to kill him one day. With this," She stated as she pulled out a Schofield revolver, "But I couldn't do it. I fell into this life-style, and now...now I'm stuck. I just-" The man put his index finger to her lip, quieting her. He passed her the bounty proof-a strap of his hair that he took, and grinned.

"I work for the people, ms. I'm just a simple man. Take the money, start anew, and live peacefully, without the need for that." He stated, removing the gun before she could say anything. She stopped him once more.

"If you have to do this, then tell me your name, so I can tell people about you." She said, surprised, relieved and shocked all at the same time. He laughed.

"I'm the Seeker-at least, that's what they call me at the Fore-man's office. Have a nice day, ms." He finished, and walked off into the horizon, the sun gleaming off of his leather hat, and his metal heels vibrating light into the distance.
