• For Eva the next day was just as unbearable as the yesterday.

The morning was ok. She, Marie, and Rafi had French toast for breakfast. They had a lot of fun making them and it put Eva in a good mood and banished the feeling she had been having.

Then as they where driving to school Marie decide they were going to check up on Adem. Eva reluctantly agreed to it. She wasn't sure she was looking forward to this meeting but she knew that Marie and Rafi wouldn't let her duck out of this.

At school when she opened her locker there where more notes. She didn't even read them she just trashed them. In class she was left out of everything and the school faulty where still cold to her. At lunch Rafi got there food.

After school as Eva was trying to sneak onto the bus someone put a hand on her shoulder. “And where do you think your going?” asked an unfamiliar voice. Eva turned around and came face to face with a pissed off Lila. “You thought you could get off so easily for having Jakob expelled. I bet you and that brute Adem had this all planed,” she hissed. “Well I have this to tell you…I plan to take my revenge on you both.” Her voice was full of venom.

“Hey Eva where are you? Are you trying to back out of this?” Marie’s perky voice could be heard as she walked up to the bus.

“Just remember what I told you. You will pay b***h!” she slapped Eva across the face and then she ran away to her bus.

“Hey Eva where you trying to…” she lost her word as she saw Eva’s face. She put her hand lightly over the redden skin. “What happened?” her voice was as sharp as a razor and cold as ice. “Who did this?”

“I don’t know her name she must have been a fan of the ice hokey team.” She pushed Marie’s hand away. “I am ok. By the way you caught me I was trying to duck out of seeing Adem.” She turned and walked off toward Rafi’s waiting car. Marie just watched Eva walk away. Then she fallowed.

As they walked away a little shadow fallowed them.

When they got to the car Rafi was in the drive seat and he had the car running. He raised an eye brow at the mark on Eva’s face but she ignored it and just looked out the window. Rafi shrugged his shoulders.
