• "Hey B, another assignment go well?" a burly man asked from behind the bar top as he spotted a curvy woman walk in through the bar doors with hair that mimicked the look of fire and a rather large off putting vibrant red stain on the front of her coat.

"More or less..." she grunted as she pulled herself onto a bar stool, exhaling a twisting trail of smoke towards the ceiling. "If you consider a rather deep and lengthy wound to my person as an assignment 'going well'."

The man chuckled as he pulled out a glass and prepared the woman's usual, leaning on the rather questionable sticky surface of the bar as she took a large gulp of the alcohol, the burning sensation far too welcomed as she concentrated on how warmth bubbled up from her stomach instead of the sting and ache from the cut that trailed from the side of her breast to the middle of her rib cage. "Well, down that and then we'll go upstairs and stitch you up. I got you another client and you need to look through the file."

"Fine, but first," she said and downed the rest of the amber liquid before pounding the glass back onto the wooden surface. "hit me."
