I Love You

• Description: I'm from Germany. In my English lessons we had to do some work on love poems. I decided to write a poem by myself and I thought about my boyfriend, when I wrote it.

You’ll never know how much I love you, but I can try to explain!
I love the warmth of your breath on my neck,
I love the caress of your touch on my back,
I love the loving way you look at me again and again!
Because of that I love you!

You can charm me with the sound of your voice,
You know how to give me the feeling of security,
You love my good character and bad pecularity,
You can always make me rejoice!
That is why I love you!

I know that you are always there for me,
I know that I can always come to you,
I know that you help me with everything I do,
I know that you want to make me happy!
For these reasons I love you!

I am happy, when you’re near me!
The more I am with you for sure,
I want to be with you more and more!
When you’re close to me, I’m feeling free!
You’ll never know how much I love you!

well, i was gonna critisize it more harshly but since english isnt you first language, not bad.in the second stanza, it's "peculiarity" you have simple but not nessicarily tired rhymes. keep workin. 3
