• WHO ARE YOU
    BY: NICOLETTA GIOVANNI
You never knew me but I always knew you
I would say “hi” and you would say “who are you”.
I knew all of your classes
I could pick you out from the masses.
I knew all of your friends
And even all of your trends.
Yet when I said hi to you
You always said "who are you".
When you bumped me in the hall
You never looked at me at all
    I would drop my books
And you never bothered a look.
    Now my popularity grew
And I hoped that you knew
    Your popularity started to fade
And what a great day that made
When you walked down that hall
I smiled a smile that made you fall
Now you know who I am
And I can do the same things you can
So when you said “hi” I just looked at you
And then I said “who are you”
