Coffee Bean Zombie

• Description: Anyone who knows me personally knows about my wonderful poem I wrote about coffee drinkers. Ah yes everyone has seen or even been the zombie wandering to the closest source of life, COFFEE! Sometimes I wonder if people live off of coffee rather then strait water. I don't drink a lot myself, but I can see why people love the stuff. I use to watch people go though many lengths just to avoid the zombie state and caffeine withdraws!

I hate night shift crying

And as I complain
I pour the last cup of coffee
Hoping no one would know
but I look around and realize
that I'm already too late!

The boss ordered more for tomorrow
but more is needed now
my coworkers around me
ready to strike

And if I get away
How long before I, too
become a coffee bean zombie

I hate night shift ...
I wish I had more coffee
