• Let not the ice of ever cold be eternal,
nor the darkness of the deep unknown affirmed.
In light doth life reign forever,
In life all joy is known.

    Under the ancient skys unending,
the song of all life is heard.
In truth the flaming torent rages,
as the calm of the sea enraptures.

I see the silvery light of passing,
    I weep with unending joy.
All life is unto the starlight,
a blazing sun in its world.

Let not the sleepers stay sleeping,
nor the grazors stay in the field.
The music of life is everchanging,
but the unchangable joy is real.
