• I look around and see no one is around,
    only me and my horse.
We stand ready on top of a hill.
It feels like time cant touch me.
I think about the wind I'll soon feel,
and the power of my horse beneath me.
Then with one command we are off.
She goes slow to not injure herself or me.
As the hill flatness out so do we.
    My horse running flat out,
with me flat on her neck.
She runs was a black blur with,
my hair flowing out behind me.
My horse raises her head and tail,
for they are her flag and banner,
Then as suddenly as it starts it stops.
She slows to a walk with springy steps.
We are winded, but the freedom was great.
For a few seconds we were free from Earth.
I look back at the hill,
and I cant wait to do it again tomorrow.
