Memories, half drenched in disillusion
tilting to whatever darkness found,
Hope spattered, blood letting, crystal haze
drifted smoke in unrealistic fancy,
Smeared tears, basking in fears,
clutching at death's cloak far ahead,
Screaming! crying... deep breaths bring you back,
but death is not so far away,
Smiles take precedence, as they betray
taking away the building blocks of day,
Souls crumpled, lying in pools of waste,
being forgotten, an aftertaste,
Diamonds hidden, find them you must!
but what might be a diamond, is probably rust...

- Is the poetry about a person who had lost his memories but remembered bits and pieces of it? The memories seemed to be lonely and fearful ones that scared that person. There were times he thought that death is by his side but it never came to him. The people also who had died in the past, those who are close to him, now were forgotten. The diamonds, I think were the happy memories but sometimes these happy memories brings also a sadness that might hurt him more than ever.
