Dragon
Curling tight ‘round my heart
Breathing a flame of fear
I recall no day without it
The hope of release has fled

Dragon
Growing slowly each day
It preys on me
On my love, my hope, and mind
I will no longer fight

Dragon
Because you left me alone
It grows on loneliness
Because you no longer love me
It grows on my pain

Dragon
Do not return to me
I am lost forever
Do not weep for me
I am stronger now
