I'll answer lol Some consider Love to be the only truth in life and god (for lack of a better word) Sadness is a point from which you recover and crying being the release of emotional energy. Of course, people can trap themselves in this state and never recover unless they look inside of themselves. We all feel sad, even those that never seem to be. They are probably the worse off of any of us.
