• Look into the mirror,
And see the shame fill your eyes.
    All they see is perfection,
But you know it's all lies.

    Inside you're torn apart,
On the outside you force a smile.
Walking alone on your broken path,
    Dying slowly by the mile.

Your heart wants to give up,
On all the pain you put it through.
    Still you're hoping and praying,
The perfection they see is true.

    But these mirrors don't lie,
They show you the truth and watch you cry.
As you realise your life is worthless,
And decide how you want to die.

So how much is too much?
    When you're going through life,
    And you feel so hopeless,
That you turn to a knife.

    Your life is truely pathetic,
When all you feel is pain.
And the only friend you've ever had,
Is used to slice your veins.
