• The wind howls
Blades of grass float in the air
    Clouds come and go
    The sky remains

But there is no sun or moon
    I wonder why
As I stand in the open field
    Alone

    I look around
    The lush field stretches on
Only to be stopped by the endless forests
    That never seem to end

My mind wanders through the air
Why do I stand in the open field
    Why is there no light
    Why am I alone

    Barefoot
I wander through the open field
The blades of grass poke my feet
    The wind sweeps my hair

    I head towards the cliff
It hangs above the open sea
I long to feel the cool breeze
    That the sea brings

    I look down
    In the water’s reflection
    I see the sun
    Where is it

    I long for the sun
Its light that shines for the world
    If that were true
    Will it shine for me

    I wish for the moon
    With its majestic glow
    What was once reality
Now seems to be a dream

    Now
The open sea is out of reach
    The sun and moon
    Out of sight

I wander back to the open field
    The wind calms
    The clouds freeze
Accompanied by the bleak gray skies
