Laundry

its the stuff i do everyday
i really wish it would go away
i put it in my room cuz thats where it goes
and yes my mom knows

as i seperate out the blacks and blues
suprise suprise this is really the new news
i found my hat i havent worn in ages
and it looks like its been wore by many sages

i found my all my colorful tie-dyes
and suprised that they werent surrunded by a bunch of flys
i was suprised that i use to be such a hippie
and i think thats rather niffty

now that i think about it
theres no were really to sit
so i guess ill donate some shirts
but no cuz whoever has one would rather roll in dirt

I wanna go play Guitar hero
but thats most like up for zero
so i better go do a load
befor my mom explodes

MY RYMES ARE COOL THO.

but okay. This is just a style of writting I do I like to mix things up a bit like make it rhyme most of the time and sometimes not but im better at rhymeing than I am At most things (unless you count sports and being a smart@$$ as qualitys then Im good at those to)

It's clever and cute, but the meter isn't consistent when it should be. The first stanza read almost like a limerick, which would've been totally appropriate given the subject matter. If you're going to write in rhyming couplets, you should consider using a traditional meter. Shakespeare wrote almost exclusively in iambic pentameter, which is a great place for starting poets to work from. Conversely, if you want to be free of meter, consider not using rhyme at all!
