• "Stop it, you're getting her wet!"
I scream at the black sky that sheds it's tears.

My precious doll, my beautiful doll. How perfect she is!
How she releases me of all my fears.

Her golden hair and small ruby lips. Her deep blue eyes staring blankly at me.
Yet these sapphire eyes cannot see.

"Stop it, stop looking at me!" I scream at my precious doll. She doesn't obey.
I turn her head, so she looks away.

I want her to smile, she always smiled.
    Yet again, she doesn't obey.

"Please?" I beg my silent angel, "Won't you say my name?"
    The doll does not speak.
And like the clouds, I begin to weep.
