as I fly in the clouds
because as soon as I fall

Hard on the floor
crimson stains on the wall
I gave in my heart
but I was dropped after all

Was it all my fault?
was I too blind to see?
when I looked at you
you never looked at me

A scar has been formed
healing will take awhile
I try to put on a face
and you fake your smile

So here's where I'm at
there's nothing more
nothing left
telling you how I felt
was MY BIGGEST REGRET

Almost perfect. You have a double-negative at the start of the second stanza. I personally would fix that. But still, 5/5.
