A beautiful time is winter time, where it looks like a wonderland
Everything is blanketed with white, glistening with each individual snowflake
This sight does not last forever, though it's cold, I feel warmth inside me
The holiday season is near, and it seems as though it's brought cheer
Outside looks like a sanctuary, where the angels play
Their white wings spread a magic around us
The sanctuary is bright, and seems to be full of life
It appears so sweet, the melodies of life
It's just to sweet to leave it behind
If only it could last forever, but sadly it doesn't exsist
Just an imagination that seems so big
Only in my mind it's real, so I want to stay there
A beautiful time is winter time, where it looks like a wonderland
And only in my mind it exsists, so please don't make me wake

- the first line of the third stanza should be "TOO sweet," not "to sweet," but that's the only critique I have on the grammar, at a cursory glance everything seems in order. I like this quite a lot actually, the imagery is striking, especially the part about the playing angels- which works on multiple levels- and it has a quixotically simultaneously sobering and uplifting tone. It's certainly a pleasing contradiction. 4/5
