• Monster

There is a monster inside of me.
    Waiting,
    And waiting,
    Until I get home.
    For when i get home,
    I set it free.
    It reaks havoc,
    It runs around,
    Blasts my music,
    Chews up my pencils,
Fills the pages of my notbooks with scribbles.
It leaves a river trailing behind it,
Makeing everything wet and smelling like the sea.
    It screams and shouts,
And eats all in its reach.
    I can't sleep at night,
    Because of this monster.
    It jumps on my stomach,
And prods at my thoughts all through the night.
And when it finally goes to sleep,
    My alarm goes off.
When I must leave to go to school,
I must lock that monster up inside of me.
    Where it will be waiting....
All of my friends know the monster,
Yet they've never seen it before.
