• When angel wings descend upon
The starry skies of Earth beyond
And human ears become quite fond
Of glorious chimes of seraph song

The world will glow with pure delight
The hearts and souls of all take flight
To mingle with these heav’nly sights
    And reach to awe-inspiring heights

All blinded by these winged spirits-
But none will see through shielded slits
    The true reason for appearance
Of angels and their austere dance

Then wing-ed limbs stretch far and wide,
They block the sun and rend the sky,
    Cast shadows on the oceanside,
And storm the land and torment tides

Their mission is of nothing sweet
They come deliv’ring hail and sleet
And soon the end we all will meet
    For heaven never greets defeat
