• Looking at the sky, while bullets fly.
Shells’ booming high death is in my sight.
Soaring sigh’s in the sky, flying like a butterfly.
Half a wing, God’s children sing, of peace on earth, and of a new birth of love on our turf, that surrounds God’s new kingdom, in hope that we will bring some new strength for our hearts.
No more guns no more trenches, no more violence, no more fences.
For they’ll be no more hatred and sorrow, “new love comes tomorrow.”
You know soldiers are scared when they fight, because death is there war, the sounds of bombes going off like a lions roar,
The soldier is blinded because of the blood and gore.
Peace for the world is what we dream for, and what we fight for. “Peace for evermore”
