• Back in the days, when the days weren't so gray, my momma used to go on Sundays to church and she would pray. Those were the good times, they had peaceful times, even though money was scarce, they had a good life. Even though going gets tough, they had a good time. My daddy went to work by just the age of sixteen, and yet he still found time to see my mom in between. The richie rich kids got to eat from cuisines, while the others only got to eat half a plate of fresh beans. But that didn't matter, at least they had some love, yeah, that didn't matter, even when push came to shove. Nowadays we know this little word called racism, a little black boy wants to play but kids won't let him. Just 'cause he's black, and most are white, doesn't give you an excuse to go ahead and fight. God made us all, different colors and stuff, but mostly 'cause we're special and that's oddly enough.
