First off - skill level doesn't matter. Why? Because you've come here to work on that!
Ask yourself the following questions
Are you serious about wanting to improve your work?
Are you willing and prepared to take some serious critique?
Are you willing to help provide some serious critique to others who need it?
Are you going to play well with others and not cause drama?
If yes to the above, then by all means, click the join button!
On Critiques...
Regarding critiques I will say this - no one liners of 'You need to look at anatomy'.
If that's the sort of critique you give out then please, go to the C&C. If possible, I'd like all people to read this as a guideline for what critiques should be to help people improve rather than just shooting them down.
I want this to be a place where everyone will find it easy to share their work - there are some shy artists out there and I'd love this to be a place where they can come out and show us what they've got!
