Caldwell, New York...Present day. A place that is a melding pot for all walks of life. From the ordinary human being, to that of the supernatural lurking deep with in the shadows that surround the fair city as it has for centuries. And as every day life goes on, a war is being waged. A war between vampires and lessers for supremacy, that has been on going since the dawn of time. A war that has the vampires on the brink of extinction, and fighting with all their might an ever growing enemy. Which side will you take in this war? That of the vampires whom struggle to live and protect both humans and their own kind, or that of the lessers whom want to wipe vampires out as a whole? The choice is ultimately yours, but choose wisely...Because sooner or later this war will end.
This role play guild is based on the public and yet private works of J.R. Ward's "The Black Dagger Brotherhood" Series. They are no works of my own, but am merely wishing to bring it into a gaming format if you will so that fans and new comers alike can enjoy the stories, plots, and characters from the books themselves. It is a loose rendition, and anything is possible. It will not be strictly based on the books, but close enough to keep the characters real.
