The problem. . .

Alright... Quite honestly, we all know we've got a problem, but we don't want to admit it because Kwil's great-- when he's actually here. Some mods and I have been talking, and all of them shall stay anonymous, unless they want to reveal themselves. So don't think I'm the only one here who thinks this:

We may need to switch ownership in the guild to someone else, if Kwil's willing to step down and allow another one of us to take over. Now I ask all the members of this guild, do you agree (if so, who should take over?) or do you think this is a bunch of bulls*** and that the mods and myself are just conspiring to overthrow Kwil and claim the glory for ourselves?

Also, we have exactly forty members. As most of the members don't post, as soon as votes for one side of 'for'/'against Kwil staying captain' reach twelve, it is decided, so long as Kwil agrees to either stay captain/step down.

To start this off, I say knowyourlittlesecret, because she's always on top of things, and By R o y a l Decree -x, because she's great at handling these things. I will refrain from saying anything about myself, because that will make me come off as an arrogant little member, and we don't want that, now, do we?

Oh, and you know what, jess inc o g n i t o as well. She's never failed to throw out new ideas and help set the new ones in motion.

I mean no harm to any members for not saying you should be a candidate, or by saying that someone that will be more active in the guild should step up! This is not, in any level, personal! I, along with those mentioned others, are just looking for what's best for the guild.

I agree that a change of leadership is in order, but I don't think I've been here long enough to have an opinion as who who should replace Kwil...I'll leave that up to more qualified voters.

I think Kwilson is great. Honestly life happens outside the guild, I havent been here much at all lately either becuase I honestly dont think the guild is that great anymore. No offence to anybody I just kinda moved on. You say he's great when hes here, so maybe make arrengments for him to be here more often, like a schedule. He honestly started the guild, if you think yours would be so great without him why not just start a new one? And seriously, if you spend all your time here thats alittle pathetic. Just sayin, didn't mean to offend anyone if I did Im sorry. But I just think you should back off. Its his guild. Go make a new one if you dont like it.

Dark spirit, want to hear my reason as to why someone else should take over? There's a whole crew of vice captains who are sitting ducks and can't quit the guild until the captain demotes them. I've gotten a lot of complaints about not being able to drop the guild.

So, before you make huge, somewhat insulting leaps on what's fact and what's fiction, ask about our reasoning. Thanks ^^

Didnt mean to seem agressive. sorry if I did. (Im working on a agressive writing assignment for english, still in that mode. XD sorry) Well did you ask him to be more active? Have you worked as a team to try new things to help the guild? I tried back in the day, and I must say the support from the vice captains wasnt all that great. Then a month later or so someone else proposes the idea and suddenly they are a guild adivce god or something. (dont ask what that means, I havent the slightest clue) I must say its kind of a social thing, you listen to your friends and who you dont know you kinda cast out. I never really felt involved even though I was here from almost the begining. Even when I did try to better the guild, I was kind of shut down becuase I didnt have all that many friends here. I felt ignored and just kind of quit. That might be part of the problem. Or maybe something is going on in his life or something. I dont really know, I havent talked to him in awhile. But you need to be understanding. How long has he not been particularly active?

I didn't know a single person here. I just did all the requirements for being a vice captain and got to work on posting and such.

It's been since March, probably. I've tried talking to him, too, but he still isn't on much...

Making a new guild doesn't really make sense since we already have one and there are a lot of THG guilds so I don't really see the point of making a new one. It's not that I want Kwil to personally leave his position as a caption, but during the time span of his disappearance the guild was on the verge of dying but I and others posted, people were wondering about the fate of this guild but I didn't notice this and posted on topics that were dead and slowly it became lively again . Plus the guild needed a clean-up and thus me and the other mods cleaned it up. Probably if Kwilson is busy with real life, which I can totally understand and real life comes first, but someone needs to commit to this guild and delete the people that want to leave so that had to happen. Because we're doing this for the fate of District 12 and like Royal Decree I don't know a single person here. Pretty much we're doing this for the good of the guild because The Hunger Games trilogy is immensely popular as authors/teens/librarians/people/important people/teachers/people that wrote articles for THG in the media/etc. know about this book and with the movie being in the works the series is gaining its growing popularity so something has to happen. Plus, if Kwil is coming back when there is a new guild captain then we can probably give it back to hope but for now, the odds are not in favor and this is a civil decision.
(ALSO, I didn't vote for myself, seems cheesy and I'm really surprised that people voted for me.)
