Do YOU cheat?

I'm just curious of the amount of people who use cheat codes on Sims 2.

I for one do not, and as a result, had to actually delete a family because of poverty.

All the time. I even have in game hacks where I can fix relationships, skills and all that good stuff. And my main cheat is the money. Mainly cause I prefer to make homes that play with the lifes. So unlimited about of gold for the family is what I need.

I cheat to get my sim's house just the way I want it, but as I'm playing with my sims I try to make them earn their money the hard way. I think it makes the game more fun.

I use cheatcodes all the time. I use motherlode the most.. >_<

what is a "motherlode"?

I use cheat codes. Mostly to customize my houses.

The "motherlode" cheat is a cheat that gives §50.000 to your Sims household funds.

I try not to. But sometimes I can't help using maxmotives.

I just like to go fast through the games, get rich, decorate, my dream house, and do more, get great clothes, and then move on to my dream family. Yep, that's what i do, and i'm lovin it! xd

i cheat sometimes, but not always

i have very sucuessful families who i never used one cheat code in, also a bonus is the animal jobs, if it wasnt for max and fido working, id be in the poor house!

i use move objects cheat a lot to get houses lookin to tip top shape, and i use the money cheat ONLY to create a theme, like my family the snooties, i used a cheat to make their home look like they were filthy rich, i also made sure to spend all of the money so they were broke when i was done, just so they could work their way into happiness!

I'd rather not cheat, it makes the game a bit more fun. I also like playing the game in the middle of house construction, give it a sense of realism I guess mrgreen

i cheat all the time. the cheats that i use are: motiveDecay off, maxMotives and, motherlode

I actually don't. I think the game is much more fun and much more of a challenge if you have to start out fresh and such. I guess it goes along with the fact I like to play as if my sims were in "real life".

I also don't use mods or custom content, lol.
