The Shimmer looked down trodden at the concept of everything Nightwing had said. It took him a moment to sort through how to reply and which to react to first, but finally he said, "Fine, I get it. Can someone teach me how to cook? I'll go out another time, but right now there are more important things than food, fun, and games. Am I about to get scolded about the whole Brent thing again?"

"Just need to make sure you don't do it again. If you take someone else's assignment, you have to follow it to the T. Or else things go bad fast. Especially if it puts Ivory in hot water." Nightwing chuckled.

"I'm not much of a cook, so why don't we head to the safehouse and do your catering idea?" he added.

Smiling at the fact that he was getting off with a warning, he teleported over to the phone and out of his costume. He got the address from Nightwing and called up one of the fanciest restaraunts in Vancouver. At first they wouldn't allow catering until they heard the payment. After getting it set up, he let everyone know dinner was his treat, and to look their best. When he didn't see Terron with Static, he asked, "Static, where is the urch... umm... I mean the green guy?"

Terron opened his eyes with a sigh. He was to anxious to sleep, so he got up and covered his suit with normal clothing. His helmet had a neat feature that allowed it fold back into what looked like a hoodie. Afterwards, he left the room. He took a look back into the room, feeling like something was a little off, but he shrugged it away. He had been slightly paranoid since his injury. He didn't want to be off his gaurd. Terron went to ground floor and appeared out of the elevator just as Geraldo mentioned him. "Green guy is right here. Glad to see you're holding the 'urchin bit' new guy. If I failed to tell you before, the name's Terron." He turned to Static. "So what are we planning on doing now? Must be big seeing as everyone is here." Terron didn't know why, but he felt that Static was being sort of distant. It made sense though. Afterall, a new intern had been added to the team. It was important to get Vepo set.

(ROCK.... that's it... ROCK... what? O.o were you expecting some kind of witty signature.. well.. too bad... ROCK is all you get XP... ROCK)

Brent and Lilith had reached the station. He sat in the car for a moment, then went inside to talk to the Sergent about getting a new car. The Sergent had come to expect Brent's 'accidents', so he had a back up car in the lot just in case. He thanked the Sergent then headed out the front of the station. Looking at the card he held in his hands he nodded to himself. Brent began to enter his '97 Mazda.

When the boy got up, Umbron made sure to flawlessly follow where his shadow would've been had Umbron not been consuming it. He felt overjoyed that this boy was finally up and moving so that Umbron could learn the mystery of who this was. He was slightly surprised to see the trio back, but even more surprised to see the other s well. This was the moment where Umbron realized, if he was caught, there would be no way out. So all he had to do was not get caught.

The Shimmer looked over to Terron. "Hey look who's here. I've ordered some catering for everyone, kind of a YAY! we won kind of thing. I thought I'd be nice and invite you as well. Out of curiousity, what kind of a name is Terron out of a super-suit?"

Static
Vepo had walked over to Static and began to ask where he could change out of his super suit when he saw Terron walk in and heard Geraldo's comment. With that he walked over to Terron and Geraldo and said to the bratty child, "Out of curiousity, what sane parents would have their son's brain surgicaly removed and replaced with dog s**t?"

"Tell ya what guys, let me know when the teenage drama is done." Ivory sighed, rolling his eyes and walking out of the room, heading towards the elevator.

Nightwing just chuckled. "Guys, go change and come back down okay?"

Static nodded. "And seeing as the bad guys almost won, I'd say fighting each other is pretty dumb idea. So knock it off or all you guys will get some serious goofy hair." he added, holding out a hand over Nightwing's head, making his hair stand up.

The Shimmer opened his mouth as though he was going to say something but nothing came out. He than turned and walked towards the elevator looking for an excuse to get away.

Seeing Static do his trick, Umbron instantly knew who he was. Who else would use powers to give someone hair similar to the effect of static electricity? He accidently let one word slip, though it was so quiet only Terron heard it, "Static." He sat, ready to react to what he had let slip out, just in case.

As the elevator opened, Ivory stepped inside. He could see Shimmer coming, so he held the door. He remained quiet though until Shimmer was in and the doors closed.

"Okay, since we're on the same team, just tell me next time they say something. I'll give them a zap." he said dryly. He may have gotten annoyed at Shimmer, but they were intern teammates, so he'd stick by Shim.

The Shimmer leaned his head down a bit, and scratched the back of his head a moment. He looked up at Ivory and said lightly, "LIsten, I'm sorry for blowing your assignment. I'm still getting used to this not being a one man show. And I have a plan for dinner. This was originally going to be used on Terron, but Vepo deserves it now. I need you to distract everyone while I get him back for embarrassing me in front of everyone." He let an evil smile reside on his face.

Terron was about to start laughing at Vepo's comment, but held it back, seeing Static's warning. He checked his hair for a moment then sighed happily. "Hey Static, do you need me right now or may I be excused, because I was thinking about hitting the weight room."

(lollipop lollipop loly loly loly loly lolli.. -Hits with rock- *SMASH!!!!* "Shut UP!!!")

"You can workout if you want, but just know this whole catering thing is dinner. I ain't cooking, so you snooze you lose." Static chuckled. He was lightly pushed away from Nightwing, who was adjusting his hair.

"I see a prank war in the future... sure, I'll help. how big a distraction are we talking? Like funny story distraction, or set off the fire alarms?"

"All I need is the time it takes to blink twice. That'll give me the time I need to teleport the two times I need to. Other than that, just make sure that the urchin group doesn't see it," He said the last part refering to Static and his interns.

"You don't have to call them that... but yea, I'll distract them." Ivory smiled. He already was forming an idea in his mind on just how to do that.

The Shimmer smiled, said thanks, and teleported down to Nightwing. "I'm going to go ahead and make sure that everything gets set up right. Does anybody need a ride? I'm just teleporting, but you know, sometimes the quickest way is the best," He said the first part to Nightwing, but the offer was extended to everyone. After collecting everyone that was teleporting and confirming the location, The Shimmer teleported to the safehouse.
