Dugan195 The Council looked at each other in disgust, one spoke up a female. She coughed as she tried to speak and looked at you with a burning hate in her eye, "Well Dr. VonKrutz it seems you have forced our hand. We have no choice but to give up Zi.....retreat to this City of Light." The other council members gasped and stood up yelling words of hatred and denial. "Silence! Despite Dr. VonKrutz's crude methods, he is right. Zion cannot defend itself against the onslaught of the machines any longer. We barely survived today. We must move while there is still time." "Do you know how long it would take to evacuate?" "Probably around 2 days" The voices of the council rang together as if they were almost one. "Then it is settled we leave Zion in two days time. We must take as much with us as we can. Quickly guards send word to get the orders out. We don't have a minute to spare." A council member who had been silent the entire time staring with burning eyes at Dr. VonKrutz stood up, "We do not have enough ship to transport the entire population of Zion to this "City of Light". How far away is it? Where is it? How are we supposed to get there? Walk? The machines would slaughter us before we made it a mile out of the city." As he spoke the Doctor had made his way back into the Council room, "I think I have an idea." Everyone stopped and looked at him. "The Terminator has given me coordinates to the City of Light. I can take my ship and be there in an instant. There he says we will find an army of our own. One with the very ships we just fought. Tanks, bikes. Transport to convoy the population to the city of Light. I will take a team over there immediately whilst you prepare the city for evacuation. We will get the help of this Tron and return here with reinforcements."
Dr. VonKrutz was completely bandaged and secure before anyone else walked in. He welcomed the eyes of hatred. From their display before he used his unethical method made the sentiment quite mutual. On the other hand this did not secure the fate of the humans all living here.
When Dr. Who entered and spoke, Dr. VonKrutz released a sigh of relief. Reinforcements, no matter who it came from, sounded amazing. Maybe the weapons of this so called Tron would finally give them an edge.
“I volunteer as part of the team to go. Before I do however, I will need a brief moment in a chemistry lab. I have a few potions to make.”

Tim agreed and quickly surfaced after a few digs and replaced blocks. He left a small path for you to climb out of the ground as well. By the time both your feet held firmly against the grassy patch of earth something had changed. A new pair of feet touched near the ground next to Legolas. The firmly armored darkened man seemed familiar but you knew you had never seen him before. He walked out from behind a building, as though out of the shadows themselves. As you pulled yourself out from the hole you got a good glimpse of him. Naturally, Fenir was already in your hand and ready to fire. The green flowing cape and long golden horns the spun out from the helmet that he wore teased your brain. Why did he feel so familiar? As he approached you it seemed as though no one else could see him. In fact no one else was moving.
“Brother, always so slow, always steps behind…. Wait. You are not the one I expected to see. Baldur is that you?” The snaky like man neared you, ready for a hug. He took a step back as your weapon made a charging weapon. “Now that is no way to greet your brother Loki.” Loki’s smirk twisted. “I am only here to help you brother. I too want that ring. These simple minds around you have no idea its true purpose. We could be like gods again, you and I. With that ring and other things like it, we could span the universe and all of its other dimensions.” This Loki, who was fundamentally different from the one you knew him to be, held out a long golden staff with what looks like a storm being withheld in the middle of it. “Will you join me?”
Loki held a hand out but before you could do anything with it a bolt of lightning struck the pasture beside the fortress. Loki’s face quickly shifted to an unstable smirk as he backed off. As he did the light flooded back into the scene and everyone began to move again. It was as though he was never even there. However, everyone jumped to the sudden and random lightning bolt. The same sent of familiarity followed.
“I will catch you brother. When I do this galaxy will get its justice!” A man out in the field yelled just after taking the place of the lightning. His rant caused a storm cloud to appear above him and lightning pulsed throughout it. If that was truly Loki than this must be another one of his elaborate schemes. He had really outdone himself this time. If this was his plan you could not fathom the outcome he desired. Unless he was being honest for once and wanted to just return as a God among the others of the galaxy. Maybe Thor would know more.
Your assumptions were validated as you joined the rest of the fortress in peering outside the stone walls. The man, well armored with a long red cape flowing behind him and his trusty hammer in hand, turned to face the fortress. A worried look covered his face.
“Baldur, which Loki was here?” His words puzzled you. Was this just another part of Loki’s scheme? “Something has happened, as I guess you might have noticed by the looks of your new friends. Loki has somehow organized this mess for himself and different versions of himself are conspiring together.” Thor’s face scrunched up through the sentence. His words sounded even more ridiculous as he spoke. “I can’t get ahold of the Avengers for help. They must be trapped in some other world. I’ll hold the Lokis at bay. You must get that ring.” With those words Thor was back to his bolt of lightning and gone again.
More than one Loki. That did not make much sense. All of this confusion angered you. Where was the tree of light when you needed it. While you were busy thinking things through Legolas used his time to thread an arrow and aim it at Tim.
“You will take us to that ring dwarf or this is the end of your life.” Legolas was ready to release that arrow. Any failed move and that would be the end of Tim.
“Alright… I will take you all. This won’t be an easy journey though. When you last attacked me I lost my map and all my equipment to make a nether portal. I will need to find my way home first. From there we can use my nether portal.”

When you woke up, sunlight was breaking through the filtered blinds of a log cabin window. There was a constant buzz of conversation occurring not too far from you. You slowly shifted your head to see the noise makers. Your eyes made out the shapes of Holly, Lighting, Auron, Payne, Lulu, Cid, Zed, and a few new people. Auron first noticed you awake.
“You have done well Vallaris. We plan to set up a defensive team while our strength increases. Join us.” Auron held out a hand to help you up. You had no idea how long you were out. Just that now you felt better than ever. Pyre was waiting at the edge of your bed and Brande was doing laps outside. You looked out one of the windows and could see Suezo in the middle of training Brand and Sebastian. Pyre was panting so he must be on a brake.
“Vallaris thank goodness. I’m glad you are alight but this is no time to be sleeping. There is a job to be done and I need as many people as I can get.” Lightning always was straight to the objective. She waved the two of you back to the circle. A scanner in between everyone showed the map with blimps of Kaiju and large swarms of monsters.
“We need to figure out what these monsters want. The motivation is always more important than the target.” The new guy spoke. Resting on the tight leather of his jacket was a long blade with a gun handle. His brown hair swayed with his words.
“That is a good point Squall. We should aim to capture our next set of foes. Make them talk!” Lulu followed.
“There is no talking to a Kaiju but we know a biologist that linked his brain with theirs. That should work again.” Cid nodded to Zed.
“We could engage the enemy, kill a Kaiju and then preserve its brain.” Zed didn’t like the idea to much. His face showed worry. In theory though, it sounded nice. “We wouldn’t have to beat it out of them. The brain would offer us everything.”
“I have no doubt I could make one of the scrawny plant things talk. Let’s call that plan B if I don’t get enough information.” Payne raised her broad sword so that she could see her own reflection in the blade.
“Oh another thing. Sorry I didn’t mention this earlier but the uhhh… villains from the crystal skull are here too.” A smaller energetic boy spoke. Strangely enough he had a monkey tale protruding from his backside. “I saw Exdeath and Jecht leading an attack.”
“Zidane you cannot be serious?” Squall looked beaten up by this news.
“No I think he is right. While helping Vallaris I swore I heard Cloud of Darkness speak. That devilish which could be anywhere.” Lightning added. There enemies were stacking high above them all. It felt nearly helpless. You could see the energy drain from the group. How were they going to overcome this.

The council nodded knowing as if they had no choice. The Dr. turned and walked out of the room. He was disgusted by the council members, vain, arrogant, and blind they did not see the danger that they faced. The Dr. would not let everyone in the city die over these ignorant people. He hurried back to the Tardis to prepare it to go. They had to move quickly if they intended to get back in time to save the city.
As he walked back to the big blue police box Morphius and his group appoarched, "So the council relented?" Morphius asked.
The Dr smiled, "Dr. VonKrutz, used some unorthodox methods to persuade them to leave."
Trinity frowned, "There are to many people in Zion to take by ship, how are we going to get past the siege lines?"
The Dr lite up, "Well that's where I come in. My Tardis can teleport to this City of Light where we will seek the reinforcement of this Tron fellow. With his help hopefully we can get enough reinforcements that can help save the city."
Neo stepped forward, "I want to go with you!" He said. The Doctor looked at him and smiled, "The more the merrier, but we must hurry, there is no time to waste. Dr. VonKrutz should meet us at the Tardis soon. Let's go get our metallic friend from prison and be off."

Baldur looked at the caped man in disbelief. He spoke as if he knew him, but Baldur had never seen a man like this before. He knew of Loki, but wanted to know which Loki he had seen? There was only one Loki. Baldur ignored Legolas as he eyed Thor, "Who are you stranger. And why do you speak so familiarity with me? Who was that man claiming to be my brother Loki? He looked...similar but he was not Aesir! He spoke of being a god again? Who are these avengers?" Baldur had handled all that had happened pretty well so far, but now to meet some strange creature claiming to be his brothers was too much. They bore no metal in their body and surely were not of the Aesir, yet they claimed to be kin.

The Doctor smiled as Dr. VonKrutz joined them, "Glad you can join us Dr." The Dr spun around and started walking to his police box. Von Krutz could see that the Terminator had been freed from prison and was joining them. The Dr, the Terminator, Neo and Dr. VonKrutz stepped into the giant box seeing the giant control room that was many times the size of the outer box.
Neo looked around in amazement, "This never ceases to amaze me. I just don't understand how it can be this big on the inside."
The Dr. laughed, "Yes Time Lord technology has the effect on people Neo. You get use to it after a while. But we are running out of time and this girl can save us a whole bunch." HE walked up to the center control panel and started to hit switches and buttons seemingly at random. A loud high pitch creetch started to echo threwout the control room as the box shook a little, "Hold on kids she's feeling a little bumpy at the moment."
The box shook for a few second then it stopped with a final hard shake. "Ah there we go," The Dr. exclaimed as he walked to the door. "Welcome to the City of Light" The Dr. said with a smile as he flung the door open. As the door opened a bright light entered the room. The group walked to the door and what they saw stunned them. The box had landed on top of a tall building in a giant city filled with skyscrapers the sea off in the distance.
Neo looked around confused, "This is the City of Light?"
The Terminator looked out across the land as if he was scanning it, "No, this is not. We are in the Matrix."
