Looking around curiously, Arachne headed to a table in the corner and crawled up it with her eight legs. Once on the top, the spider noticed the numerous intricate carvings on it.
(OOC: Macpere, what can I have Arachne do to your character? Or would you just prefer that I leave your character alone?)

"Oh, I know that look," a voice spoke in amusement from the window, "though I never thought I'd see it on you."
"Gyuh!" Sosol exclaimed in surprise, almost cutting himself with the scissors as he jumped. "You really need to stop that...I can't sense you coming with that belt."
"Hm, still getting used to that. James has a proximity alarm set on my badge chip," he said, taking a seat on the windowsill. "My previous point stands, Mr. Jacobs...you look like you've made a deal with the devil."
Skuld watched in surprise as the bottle lifted and hovered...to someone else. She looked up to the woman with a smile on her face. "Thank you, Miss," she said, putting a little into the tea and giving it a stir.

Sosol had half a mind to push Tyler out the window, but he instead sat with a sigh. "I'm starting to think I have...I've been trusted with a secret, one I had to swear my highest oath to get."
"Sounds juicy," Tyler smirked, folding his arms. "But let me guess...the secret hurts someone."
"In a way, yes...I am expected to help them somehow," he replied, trying to remain vague enough to hold to his promise. "That's what's going to hurt them...I feel trapped. If I break my oath, someone I care about is hurt...but if i keep it, the same happens, but differently." He stopped, looking over at him.
"Wait...what the heck are you doing here? Az is downstairs!"
"And the million-dollar question finally arrives," Tyler laughed, reaching into his pocket and handing a film canister to Sosol. "Thought I'd lend you a hand, all things considered. Though...it sounds like I may be able to do more for you."
Sosol looked down at the canister, the last words of the genius causing the wheels in his mind to start turning. Angeles needed to know, but he couldn't be seen around her...but maybe Hunter, maybe he could...
"What's your angle?" He asked at last, setting the canister aside to continue cutting the squares.
"It's simple, really. I don't need to know the details...just send me in a direction with whatever you think I'll need, and I can get it done." Tyler's eyes narrowed as a sinister smile crossed his face.
"In return...I'll need your protection from Azana. I'm going to reveal myself, soon...and I'd rather not be beaten within an inch of my life."
"Deal," he agreed quickly, pulling out one of the full sheets of paper...
Azana put down the pad, growing increasingly frustrated with the prophecy. Why did they always have to be so cryptic...why couldn't it simply be "Angeles plans to kill this person, and this is how to stop it"?
With a sigh, she looked lovingly toward Sosol's puzzle box, taking it up again to get her mind off her problems...

He laughed along, shrugging with a hearty grin. "Well, it's dark! We'll go to something terrible and sit at the back... Besides, what films do they show on Mars?"

After getting bored at staring at the drawings, Arachne looked back up to see a jar of honey floating around. she thought, and scuttled back down onto the floor, making a beeline towards the honey.
