Zulma noticed Sosol's grin and felt bad. She grabbed a towel and threw it at the man with a wink.
"You'll have to forgive the old hag I am, I ran that place more or less by myself for a while...now that's your job. Next time, push me away from the counter...except when I am serving myself!"
she moved away from the counter and headed for the fireplace wondering where Baldur was.

"Hello, Tyler. Glad to see Azana hasn't eviscerated you yet. What can we do for you?" Knight said as the trio grabbed their drinks and took a seat next to Tyler.

Baldur stood till for a moment trying to figure out what to say when he heard the noise again and panic filled him, "the child!" he exclaimed and ran up the stairs. he threw the door open to Emily's room and found Angeles bent with the girl in her arms, her mouth at the girl's through, and blood pouring down onto the ground. He stood, horrified and unable to move as Angeles looked up with a sadistic grin.
The vampire then stood as Baldur charged and dodged to the side, her dagger cutting a gash into his chest then side as she slipped past and down the stairs and stopped as she noticed who all was inside the main room.

Jake saw the vampire come down the stairs, blood on her lips and chin. He pulled his bow and shouted "Chris!"
Chris spun around and saw Angeles. Without hesitation, he drew Excalibur and leveled it at Angeles. "What are you doing here?"

"Gi--" he started, standing. "...no. not her, not..." Spotting Angeles, blood dripping down her chin. With a feral snarl, he dove behind the bar, where he'd stowed one of his pistols after the night Azana met Tyler. Quickly arming it with black orchid serum shots, he took quick aim. 'This ends here, Angeles!"

"You've been tracking me," Tyler said, tossing the cloaking device up at Chris with narrowed eyes. "I'm not necessarily a fan of the whole Big Brother thing."
Azana grumbled at Tyler, folding his arms before she noticed Anansi run up the stairs. Shortly after, Angeles surprisingly landed in the main room, carrying Emily.
Sosol nodded to Zulma "Y-yes, ma'am!" He said with a smile before being distracted by a commotion upstairs. He looked up from the bar to see Angeles land in the main room with Emily.
No... He thought, shaking. Personal action...but why this?
Skuld's eyes widened at the sight, immediately finding a hiding place from the vampire. So this was Angeles...
Tyler's eyes narrowed at the sight of the young child in Angeles' arms, as well as Gren's angry reaction. "This can't be good...!"

The innkeeper had noticed Anansi rushing upstairs.
Then the vampire stopped half way down the steps, blood on her chin.
In a second Zulma had grabbed and unsheathe her katana. Winds were already swirling around her. Her jaws were tensed.
"Baldur!" she called yet the panther was not there. But the woman faced Angeles none the less.
Her eyes were hard and her heart was haching.
"Angeles, why?" she asked painfully. Her friend owed her an explanation.

Angeles smirked at all of them then glanced at Gren with his gun aimed at her. Her eyes flashed as she remembered the holy bullets and the likelihood that they were loaded inside. With that in mind Angeles ducked under his shot and decided that several arrows and a sword stab would be much more preferable to that. Baldur then came running down the stairs, jumping down and transforming back midway, his own blood splashing onto the ground as his jaws circled around Angeles' shoulder and threw her against a wall. Angeles landed hard and grunted in pain before finding opportunity in the attack and jumped out the window, taking with her the body of the child.

Dashing to the window, he trained his eye carefully, taking a clear shot to her back. At her tumble roll, he growled and took to the door in chase.

Zulma rushed for the window and jumped outside. She had lost precious seconds at the sight of Anansi turning into Baldur...but first things first.
Once outside, she jabbed her katana in the floor and a sphere of winds circled the Inn, preventing anyone from crossing it.
"You cannot escape!" shouted the Innkeeper. Zulma was filled with rage and she had one thought in mind: killing Angeles.

Azana stayed back during the action, knowing that having too many people attacking in an enclosed space usually ended poorly.
"Well, stealth is out the window, isn't it?" Tyler asked, picking up his bag and slinging it over his shoulder.
Sosol cupped one hand over his mouth, feeling slightly sick about the whole situation. Oh, God...this is my fault... He thought to himself before he threw the towel down on the bar, taking his place next to Azana. The letter had begged her to reconsider, to not go too far...something she clearly didn't care about anymore. There was only one thing left to do...
As Zulma encircled an area in wind, Azana readied herself, her fists clenched as Emily's voice echoed in her head. Auntie Azana...dammit, that's my niece! The electricity built as everything fell together like dominoes...Eleanora, Remy, Emily, Kageko...
No more, Angeles.

The innkeeper entered the inn through the window. Bleeding and having lost all her strengths, she was looking for her panther.

Baldur was lying on the ground, the cuts on his chest and side creating puddles of crimson on the floor. he stood up when he saw Zulma and limped over to her before collapsing again. The shreds of clothing from when he was Anansi were strewn over the main room, and the crystal was lying near the fireplace.
