Akatsuki seems very inactive and unorganized, they havnt even had a meeting in there base, plus guild rules says I cant leave my village til chunin. However the loophole is if your rogue then you can leave. But before that I need to get stronger so im not up sh*t creek with no paddles

You can always ask your Kage if you could leave yoru village temporarally....but yeah. I try to help...maybe I should bring back the Akatsuki again...

The kage busy attending to some guy named Ski at the gate, at least I think he the kage. Death god Mito? But yeah Akatsuki hasnt even had an active post in almost a week.

Mine will be Chaotic - Netrual. Basicly just doing s**t that helps her out, whtever means nessisary, THAT IS IF I COULD GET SOME DAMN TRAINING. The teacher even posted and still ignored me, god damn. Im so close to quitting this guild cause im just wasting my time on this site

then why dont you just train yourself? go your library or something and just read about them, take the books, then go to a different village. or the Akatsuki.

Library password protected, which the only people who know the password are dead, or Firu who someone said has lost his memory. So only Mito can change the password, but he busy

Jutsus are no longer accesible to everyone that walks in and takes them. To many people who are not of Suna take these jutsu and misuse them. Now, the kage will make a code word that is between him/herself and the librarian. The librarian has the jutsu books hidden and cannot be found by anyone but her or the kage. The kage may tell his villagers what the password is, or certain ninja who he/she employs for jutsu. Then different circumstances apply, but noone under any circumstance may metagame to learn the password. The Kazekage HAS to tell you.
