"Tyler?" asked Emily looking around for this man named Tyler. D casually pointed and Emily looked at the man before smiling, "oh! Okay! Uncle Tyler's the prince!"

Azana laughed from another table, waiting for Sosol to return to the main room...she felt like giving a show.

"You're a prince, Tyler...and I'm a dragon, who is taking this princess hostage!" he declared, picking up Emily, with a friendly toss. "I'm gonna cook her, and I'm gonna eat her, and there's nothing you can do about it!" he added playfully.

Emily giggled and laughed, "oh no Uncle Tyler save me!" she said though she clung to Remy's shirt. D watched, his head tilting down some and his eyes lit with interest as he watched the game.

((Sorry this reply took so long...I'm too busy laughing at the whole situation.))
Azana smirked, sending her broom flying from the corner to Tyler's hands. "Your lance, Prince Charming!" She said in between short fits of laughter, finding all of this absolutely classic.
Tyler quirked an eyebrow at the broom before he smirked mischievously, gripping it and pretending to put down a knight's visor. "I stop you, of course," he said before charging the table, broomstick aimed for Remy.
I can't believe he's actually going for it!! Azana thought, tears in her eyes from laughing so hard.
Sosol walked back into the room from the kitchen, entirely unsure of what to make of the scene before him.

Emily giggled and clung to Remy as Tyler charged. Angeles finally stumbled down the stairs and wondered what all was going on, catching in the corner of her eye D removing the longsword from his back and leaned it against the wall, finally comfortable with the place to disarm himself.
She looked back, wanting to join the game but already feeling the awkwardness of being with familiar people, drained of all of her anger and determination, all that was left was the awkwardness.

Remy gave a convincing hiss, slashing at the broomstick as it jabbed, both men holding back the blows to a gentle play. Remy laughed, spitting "Careful, Prince Tyler...this dragon breathes fire!" he said, making a tiny flame in hand and blowing across it, just barely there, but enough of an effect to imply. "The queen won't have her princess back if I can help it!"

"Burn my broom and you'll regret it!" Azana called from her table.
"Of course not, M'lady," Tyler answered sarcastically, ducking out of the way and going for Remy's arm. "Foul beast, you stand no chance!"

Taking the poke in the arm, me put out the flame and groaned theatrically. "Ungaaahhh! Such a lance must be blessed by the heavens!" he cried, hopping lightly to another table.

Angeles moved and sat down across from D, noting the shine in his eyes and ever so slightly, the smile on his lips, "do you know what this place is called?" she said quietly to him and D looked over at her, the smile gone.
"The Inn of Peace," he said coldly.
"The Inn of Peace," confirmed Angeles nodding and casting her eyes to the ground, "it is the only sanctuary I have ever known for nearly five hundred years. Maybe, it can be yours as well. Though, I've never known you to spend more than two weeks in one area."
"The conditions of my contract may keep me longer, but I will not stay."
Angeles nodded and said nothing more. Keeping her eyes down before lifting them back to Remy and Emily, who was giggling and ducking under the blue flames. D's eyes lingered on Angeles for a moment longer before also returning to the game.

Angeles smiled slightly as Emily giggled, "wee!" she said at having moved so fast and her hair fell in front of her face. She busied herself with brushing her hair away from her eyes and out from behind her glasses before clinging to Remy again.
