"Cake!" Yang cheered through the conscious of practically everyone in the conscious when the cake finally came out of the oven, "Frosting!". He had been too focused on the cake to really do anything more than a friendly wave with one of his wings when Zefi greeted him. As for Yin, she felt that there was no need for her to greet the girl in any way. Kageko, meanwhile, took a seat on the counter and simply relaxed.

Tyler was knocked out of his thoughts by Emily's tug, standing up and following her out of simple reflex. "Guess it's done, then," he said back to Max, gesturing with his free hand.
Max nodded, choosing to wait instead...there were a lot of people waiting for pieces, but she was sure there'd be one left for her.
Sosol pulled out some paper plates, handing them over to Remy with a grin only to realize he had left. He was relieved that someone there knew how to bake...he'd simply stick to simple cooking and his bartending. For now, though, it appeared at least serving the cake was delegated to him.
Azana blinked as the young child was already mixing frosting for the cake. She's really intent on this...

Feeling bad that she had made the man leave and lacking a better utensil she spooned a huge bunch of frosting onto the cake and went to him. "Cake? With frosting?" She held it out to him, trying to make him feel better. " I didn't meant the cake was bad, it might be better without frosting... but frosting is just so tasty!" She hoped her explanation would make him feel better.

Remy shook his head, smiling sadly. "Love to, but can't have any." he said, tapping his fangs, "...unless it's make of blood, anyhow."
(I think I have to go now...he's not that upset, really. Just doesn't like the diss. Ta! ^^)

Sosol pulled out a spatula, working what frosting had been dropped on the cake into an even layer. Zefi had made a bit too much, so the fact that she hadn't had the chance to put it all on was a blessing in disguise.
Azana put her arms around Sosol, looking over his shoulder at the cake. "And all because she said so..."
"The perks of royalty."

(OOC: I was tempted to have Yang bombard into the cake but I figured that Emily wouldn't take that well so....)
As Yin alternated her surveillance between Yang and the cake, she made sure that her partner wouldn't dive into the cake. At least, not until everyone had gotten their share. However, as her eyes shifted from the cake back to Yang, Yin noticed with alarm that he was missing. she wondered to herself as she fluttered into the air when a sudden *CRASH!* was heard. Turning around rapidly, slapping Sosol with her tail on accident, Yin couldn't help but let her mouth drop as she saw Yang.
Yang, knowing full well that Yin wouldn't let him get within a foot of the cake until everyone was done with it had decided to do the next-best thing and performed a flawless, but noisy, dive into the bowl of frosting, which still had a good amount of the sugary stuff in it. he thought as he righted himself after slamming into the bowl headfirst. His tongue was wiping of the frosting that was on his lips, but it really wouldn't help with the sugary coating that the rest of his body had just donned. In a way, the angel imp look-alike now looked like a snow imp look-alike.
Upon hearing the sudden crash and feeling Yin's alarm, which outdid Yang's happiness by a lot, Kageko had rushed into the kitchen, only to burst out laughing when she saw Yang in his new, sugary outfit. Shaking her head, she simply stood next to the doorway and continued to laugh.

Emily looked over at Yang and then smiled and scrambled over, "I want some!" she yelled and tackled the imp, and began to wrestle with it, scraping frosting off with her finger and sticking it into her mouth.

Sosol jumped slightly at the crash before feeling Yin's tail hit on the way around. "What the--" He asked before watching Yang emerge from the bowl of frosting.
"Yang!" Azana exclaimed in surprise, holding back her laughter at its new sugar coating. Hearing laughter, she glanced back to the doorway, seeing Kageko and Tyler. "K-Kageko! Oh my gods, it's been forever!"

"Hey Azana," Kageko greeted as she finally managed to stifle her laughter. Pointing down at the white imp-like creature, she continued, "Same here. I hope Yang hasn't been troubling you guys."
Meanwhile, Yang was writhing under Emily's grasp. "S-stop. S-stop," he tried to think into the young girl's conscious, "I-I'm ticklish!". As if to prove that point, the imp had his mouth open in a huge, but silent, laugh as his tail thrashed around tickling Emily whenever it brushed over her. By now, the bowl of frosting was completely overturned with the frosting covering the floor in scattered layers and smudges.
Even Yin was unable to stay aloof from the entire picture, as the cheerfulness emanating from the other two forced her to crack into a little smile. {Who's going to clean this up?} she reminded both Yang and Kageko.

Emily hugged the creature, it was so cute and fluffy and it had frosting all over it, nothing in the world could be better for the six-year old and Emily continued to lick the frosting off of it and giggled as it seemed to be laughing, "silly silly," she cooed to it before letting it go, all but clean of frosting and Emily licked the rest of her fingers clean.
