Stacy quickly wiped the tears from her eyes as she said "Come in." She could smell pasta coming up the stairs as the door opened. "You must be Tyler's hacker friend. I'm Stacy. Sorry for my hysterics. It's been a rough day."

Max crept into the room, finding a blond about five years her elder wiping her tears and introducing herself as Stacy. "Hey...you're the lady Ty was talkin' about," she said, taking the chair Sosol had previously stationed himself in. "Everyone calls me Max...I heard about your buddies. Everybody's been workin' overtime lookin' for 'em."
"It's not much, but I hope you--oh, hi, Max," Sosol greeted, the door shutting quietly behind him. "As I was saying, I hope you like pasta...I couldn't really think of anything else at the time."
"He was really worried 'bout ya," Max said, playing with a ribbon on her skirt, "asked people downstair to let 'im know if they saw ya an' everythin'..."

"Well, if it's only the forearm that's broken, you could get away with taking it out of the sling for a bit..." he smiled, standing. "Hold on, I'll go get it."
He walked up the stairs, rummaging through his endtable drawer before producing the horn, returning. "Though, like I said, I'm not sure how to work it...it looked like he just kind of..." he muttered, placing the horn on the afflicted arm.

Taking his arm out of the sling, MacPere watched the horn and Gren's actions with curiosity. "Well, so far, I feel no different."

"Maybe I know what?" Azana asked from across the room, leaving Tyler to his repairs as she walked over, cola in hand. She glanced down at the unicorn horn, blinking. "You still have that...?"

"I've never used a unicorn horn, no," Azana said, setting down the glass and looking it over. "I could try a couple things, though, if you'd like...or give Stella a ring. She's spent a lot of time studying her magic; maybe she's come across one."
