[Angeles Valentine]

"She's alright, just tired, she had been out of town until today, she just needs rest," Angeles nodded, "you may call me any nickname you wish, as long as I answer to it it doesn't matter yes?"  

[MacPere]

"Hm? Oh, no thank you~" MacPere smiles at the offer but shakes his head and takes another sip of his tea. "... You know, you're really warm today~"

"Oh, alright then." -he looked a bit relieved- "I suppose you would be right about the nickname too heh." -he said shyly- "So how long have you been staying here?"  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Am I? Or is it just the tea?" Gren sipped at his tea and smiles. "A little of each, maybe. Care to sit for a bit?"  

[Angeles Valentine]

"Since the war," Angeles answered taking another sip of blood, "this has become my sanctuary of sorts, a place where I can rest, though tonight will be the first night of rest I've had in a very long time."  

[MacPere]

"That indeed would be a good idea~" MacPere unwrapped his arm and sidled to his usual table, tea in tow. As he seated himself he smiles at Gren and stirs his tea.

"So, how did the gig in Durem go?"  

[Gren_Eckener]

Gren sipped his tea and smiled.

"Pretty well, actually. No thrown bottles, applause...really, it's not always the sort of place for jazz, but hey, H&R Wesley is there, so you never know. How'd things go here while I was gone? Anything happen?"

"Rest? What do you mean?" -he looked atyou interested and slightly puzzled- "Whats been keeping you from bieng at peace?"  

[MacPere]

"No, not particularly... Just some news. News i think would be better if Zulma herself told you instead of hearing it through me. I had to leave for Gambino soon after anyway so... Yes." MacPere sipped some more of his tea with a cracked smile. Ah, this was better, his sniffing had finally ceased.  

[Angeles Valentine]

Angeles looked at Aris and smiled a bit, "I had trouble with a mark, but the mark is now gone, so I can rest. But the restlessness of my friends also makes it difficult for me to rest fitfully. I will eventually fix all that is wrong around me and possibly move on, but I like it here so maybe not."  

[Gren_Eckener]

Gren raised an eyebrow, but didn't pursue the question. If it's her business, it's her business, and that's that. Sipping his tea again, he grinned. At the very least, he could be cheerful. Besides, MacPere was doing much better, so it probably was just the autumnal chiil.

-Aris raised an eyebrow- "Mark? you a bounty hunter?" -ponders the thought- "I can understand the thought of friends bieng troubled bothering you. It seems we have some things in common you and I." -he smiled and winked trying to sound witty and slightly humerous-  

[MacPere]

MacPere drained his tea and flicked his eyes up, cracking a soft smile at Gren.

"Today is very peaceful~"  

[Angeles Valentine]

"Something like that. Specifically I'm a vampire hunter," she smiled at having to explain this again, "I hunt problem vampires. Those vampires that give other vampires a bad name. Like stupid blonds," she smiled at her own joke and sipped the blood again.  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Yea, it is..." Gren was getting suspicious. No flirtation? No seduction? Such a difference after the past few nights....well, chalk it up to being tired. At least he's smiling.
