*he looks at her a bit surprized* "theres another way?" "what way do you know of my love?" "maybe we can use it in the up coming battle." "please show me." "with mine we become the legendary blue flame dragon."

She looks at him and smiles. "It's more than just melting our powers together," she answered. "It's more like melting our very selves together. Our souls, our hearts, our consciences become one. We think together, we act together. We become each other I am you and you are me. But it's dangerous." She looks away from him into the moon. "If we stay like that for to long, we could loose who we are. We could forget the differences between us. You would start to think you have to stay away from sunlight because you think you're all Vampire. I'll think I don't have to drink blood and possible kill myself because I think I'm a Dragon. We could very easily kill each other while we are one. Any pain of injury the other gets, we both feel. And if one of us dies..." Tears came to her eyes.

he took her head in his hands and looks her in the eyes as he wiped away a tear. "we both die right.?" "well then we will use my combo move first then if it is not enough to beat Aku then we will use your." " ok my dear" "Aku should be here soon."

She looked at him. "Okay," she agreed. "I hope Dmitri returns soon. I will feel a lot better when he can fight by our sides." She pulled him close and hugged him to her, loath to release him. Then she heard a Dragon's roar of pain.

Dmitri ran through the forest after finding the ancient Dragon. He flew overhead, keeping an eye on the Vampire below. Just as the tavern where Phoenix was came into view, Dreito roared in pain overhead. And radically changed course.

*rouge sees the dragon over head and takes to the sky to help the old dragon Dreito. he catches up to the old dragon and asks him what is wrong as thay fly side by side.* "whats wrong master? do you rember me you student rouge the wolf dragon?" *he helps the old dragon down out of the sky and they land in a clearing a little ways form the tavern*

Phoenix rushes after Rouge and stops at Dmitri's side. "Are you okay?" She asked. "Are you hurt? Where did Rouge go? Where is Dreito?" She grabbed Dmitri and led him back to the tavern.

Dmitri leaned against Phoenix. "I'm ok," he answered. "I'm not hurt. Rouge went off to help Dreito and they landed somewhere over there." He waved off in another direction.

Dreito landed heavily beside his old student. "Rouge!" He exclaimed. "Are you still alive? I would have thought you would have gotten yourself killed by now. You always threw yourself into a fight with more brawn than brain. Not that that's a bad thing all the time." Dreito laughed and his whole body shook. "Let's go find Phoenix and Dmitri. That little girl always seems to get into trouble. Any man who falls for her should be ready for plenty of confrontation." He cast Rouge a knowing glance.

"yes i know i fell in love with phoenix." *it did not take long to get to the tavern from where thay landed only about 15 minuts then him and Dreito where at the tavern. once back at the tavern he heads to phoenix's side and gently takes her hand. "you sure your ready to fight my dear?"

Phoenix smiled. "I'm ready for anything with you, my love," she said. She tucked herself into his side and smiled at Dreito and Dmitri who were rolling there eyes."Oh geeze", Dmitri whispered. "Now we have to listen to lubby-dubby comments all the time.""Maybe," Dreito replied. "But at least they're happy together."

well aku should be here soon. cause that a** of a vamp is going crazy in his cage so i better get out there and calm him down befor he kills himself fron going crazy. if you want to join me phoenix be my guest. *he walks outside and over to the poor vamp still stuck in the cage.*

Phoenix smiled slightly and followed her beloved to Damien.Damien watched as Phoenix and the Dragon came to his cage. He hissed and Phoenix hissed back. He glared at her and her new mate. "What do you two want?"Dmitri chcukled. "I wonder how the two of them are ever going to last," he said. "What do you mean?" Dreito asked. "They are going to be in a lot of fights," Dmitri answered. "I only hope the both of them can last."

he looks at Damien. "so when your boss going to get here huh?" "i'm ready to fight this will be a battle to rember." "oh and by the way Damien once i get you out of this mess your in i dont want to see your ugly face around my tavern ever again or i will kill you my self."

"He will be here-" Damien chocked. He grabbed at his throat as he coughed. Then he slumpted forward in death. "I guess his boss really didn't want Damien to talk about him," Phoenix surmised. "I sense his power. He should be here soon. Dreito? I have a question." "Ask away youngling," he answered. "If Rouge and I merge ourselves," she began. "Will we be powerful enough to defeat our foe?" "Do you think you are strong enough to take being merged with the Phoenix, Rouge?" Dreito asked, looking at his former student. "You are both more powerful than either of you imagine."

"yes i think i'm strong enough, but i will only use eather forms as a last resort if nothing else works." he looks at his teacher. "after all you taught me very well master i know i strong i also know that you are more likely to be right about me and phoenix that we are far stronger then eather of us know, but how strong or how long that streanth will last is something that can only be found out on our own."

"I agree," Phoenix said, looking at Dimtri. Then she looked back Rouge. "He will be here soon. I'm sure of that." She turned away and sat by herself against a tree with a single tear falling down her cheek.

he walks over to where phoenix was siting by a tree he smiles at her softly and gently wipes away the tear form her cheek. "why are you crying my love." "i tryed my best to save your friend, but it was just to late for him." "what i do know is that Aku will pay with his own life for what he did." he lets out a low growle. "if he dose not show up i will hunt him down for what hes done and make him pay."
