The only problem that I see with that bloodline is that you look like a F****d up surgery patient. You would scare the crap out of anyon that see's you. If it wasn't for that then I would get that bloddline. Also, whats the point of having two lightning hearts? XD

Lol. Stitches all over your body is also very intimidating, plus your taijutsu, if it hits, you can say the tendrills shot out and wrapped whatever you hit. They are my fave Kekkei Genkai I've had... except I wouldn't mind a Hyoton user in Rain. Turn the rain into ice senbon. Ever so useful...

there should be a bloodline that takes other bloodlines, kindof like the tendrils. Only this one could prove to be quite devastating...
If you were a puppet user, you could kill someone with the Hyoton bloodline, then turn them into your puppet.
Oh hey, is there anyway to hide the stitches all over your body? ande is there a limit to how many hearts you can get? And like I asked before, Is there any pijnt to having two hearts of the same element?

So we dont need a bloodline that steals other bloodlines. God you people are so greedy. You can have up to 1 bloodline, 1 clan, and 1 implant in this guild. Maybe I should make it where you all get Bloodline OR Clan. Then maybe you would be greatful for once in your life. Also if I remember you can have up 5 hearts all together, including your own
