Azana blinked, biting her lip to hold back the laughter until she could string a sentence together. "That's...definitely one of the more creative descriptions," she said at last, shaking her head as she took another sip of the lemonade, "and not that much more ridiculous than my full designation. Azana Brown, well, at least for the next month or so..."
She looked back to the bar with a smile before tilting her head in a gesture to summon him over.
Sosol nodded, sliding out and taking the pitcher along as he approached. "Greg, right? I'm sure I have an equally interesting string of adjectives attached to my name. Gren says some pretty nice things about you two."
Tyler sorted through the components in his bag, separating what he needed from what he had simply picked up on a whim. Something for Stacy, he suggested...but what would she possibly want?

MacPere gave a hearty laugh at the thought, squeezing Gren's hand. "Oh, I agree to that and am somewhat grateful for it... Honestly, I am beginning to feel a little silly amongst the beauty of your family..."

Gregor nodded. "Yeah! You must be Sosol, the psychic bartender! Thanks for the drink!" he said, raising his lemonade. "He has, huh? That boy...I couldn't be prouder of him, so I can't say I'm not happy to hear it!"
Gren snickered. "I was so mad. I coulda decked him. But what do you mean, out of place?"
"You're handsome enough, dear!"
"Look better than me, anyhow."
"Now, don't start with that. It's not a contest."

"Just Sol is fine," Sosol shrugged with a smile, letting the pitcher refresh Greg's glass on his own in answer to that statement. "You definitely should be proud...he's done so much here, though I'm betting you haven't even heard half of it."
Azana rested her forearms on the table, looking over to Matilda, Eli, and Gren. "I guess it's our job to brag about 'em on their behalf..."
Tyler finally had the pile sorted out, carefully sweeping the extras back into his bag. This would take a while to make...hm, but he felt he needed to give himself a deadline.
Az's wedding. I'll have this finished before then.

Matilda smiled, with a warm giggle. "Well, thank you...but really, you needn't be nervous, saying so many nice things. We don't bite, and we already like you. Go on and relax."
Gren smiled gently, blinking lovingly through half-lidded eyes toward MacPere. "As if you've listened to that before...but she's right. Whenever you feel comfy."

Sosol grinned, flicking a glance at Gren before looking back to Gregor. "Of course. Well, probably top on my list was when he helped me save Az here..."
Tyler's eyes narrowed at the mention as he took a deep breath to steady himself. Just a story...that's all it was now.
"He's won over a lot of people with his cooking, too. Generally...he's just a very calming presence for everyone here, even when things aren't as peaceful as our name would suggest." There were some things that Sol didn't know, or at least wasn't supposed to, but those were someone else's to tell.
Azana nodded in agreement. "He and Eli...they've done more than they could imagine. Not just for us, either..."

"Saved, huh? Sounds like you folks had quite a tussle. For the cooking, thanks his mom over there. Me, I burn water...better off as a mechanic." he said, sipping his drink. "The two of 'em...they really hit it off? Ever anything go wrong? No couple doesn't have a fight or two..."
he said protectively. No son of his was going to get hurt more than he already had.
Matilda smiled. "Isn't everyone nervous, when they meet the parents? I haven't been tossed so many compliments in ages from someone out of the family. I know you're not lying; you're just tense. Don't worry about it...I like you a lot already."
Gren smiled and pecked MacPere's cheek gently.

"Eh, not as much as you'd think," Azana answered. "It was more his quick thinking that saved the day..."
Sosol thought back. "Well, besides their April Fools stunt...I haven't seen anything major. Now and then they have an argument or two, but it always seems to end well."
"Good thing, too. Lots of love for him, but Eli's just plain scary when he's mad." She added with a shudder.
Tyler looked over the supposedly "defective" GPS device he was able to obtain...all it needed was a couple parts replaced, and he really didn't care that there was a scratch on the case. He had a feeling, if his life continued in its current direction, it would get plenty more.

"Ah, true... Grencia seemed to be pretty cool when he met my mother; even if it was under... ill circumstances. Then again; this man is near unflappable. I could lift my shirt and he would stay with a poker face~" He laughed affectionately before tutting and guiding the trio to the sofas, not wanting to be on his feet any longer than needed.

"April Fool's day stunt?" he blinked, curious. "Huh...well, that's good. A bit of fight is healthy...shows where the lines are." he grinned widely. "I also hear there's some little muffin running around calling him 'Daddy'...she around here somewhere?"
"Would not." he grinned mischievously, taking a seat.
Matilda gratefully sat. Her back wasn't pleased with the ride. "Ill circumstances? He said you and your mother weren't always on the best terms...something wrong?"

"They faked a huge lover's spat...it was really impressive, had just about everyone fooled." Sosol chuckled. "You still took the cake, Az..."
"That was tough to pull off, too...I was scared Angeles was actually gonna roast me, or I would have kept it going." Azana smiled before hearing Greg mention Gren's "daughter".
"Oh! Emily...little sweetheart. She's probably upstairs with my cat..."
Sosol grimaced slightly as he noticed Matilda's question. That was a big can of worms she was about to open...
Tyler glanced over at them, a faint grin on his face at Emily's name. Hm, there was an idea...
