nope there was never 10 or 11 tails only 12 and 1 to 9 read the manga if you dont beleive me 5 chapters from the end! [_x_]im actually reading death note cause i finished naruto...inuyasha..tokyo mew mew....bleach and D.N angels

well the more you have to do in a village to graduate the stronger you are as a Genin, the rain will pump out ppl from the academy but they know nothing but the basics.
so a rain Genin is equivalent to a leaf academy student.
