Alex looked down at her forest green camo cargo pants, black tanktop, black boots and red hoodie, "It's all I have," she said calmly before shrugging out of her hoodie and tying the sleeves around her waist. She looked herself over again before looking up at Gren, "you look nice," she said flatly.

"I don't take offense, only constructive criticism," she shook her head. The only club she really knew belonged to vampires, and she was sure donating blood was not on Gren's list of things to do that day, "wherever you go, I'll follow," she brushed her fingers along the god chain around her neck and wondered if she should remove the cross for the day.

Azana chuckled, shaking her head. Hopefully her cousin had gotten home alright last night...she always insisted her portals were flawless, but despite all that the operative still worried now and then.

"I should probably take this off then," she said calmly and pulled the rosary out of her shirt and over her head before making her way to deposit the cross to her room. She was back down in a second, settling for just hanging it off her door, "they would notice her, unless they're colorblind," she then hummed to herself, recalling that her humor was often taken seriously and settled for silence.

"Brilliant! That's the point!" She said with a smile, though through her excitement was a slight tinge of worry. Stella and Azana had curves, Gren was dead sexy (in her personal opinion), while she had never really filled out entirely. Sure, the colors would get her noticed, but would they land her someone worth her time?
"Can't let the boys have all the fun, right?" She said, a playful glance toward the stairs. "I just wish Stella would hurry...I'm kind of getting antsy; this outfit makes me wanna dance."

"Dance like no one's watching," said Alex calmly, leaning back against the wall before narrowing her eyes slightly. She pulled out the crumpled piece of paper from her pocket.
"Oh," she sighed again and turned to go back to her room, walking in and tossing the paper and the other paper into her dufflebag. She also unloaded her mp3 from her pockets, but kept her cellphone and wallet. The latter she looked through to see how much cash she had before sliding back into her pocket and debated leaving her cigarettes and lighter but decided to keep them.

Gren nodded. "That's the idea...oh, before I forget..." he said, pulling out his wallet, handing each lady a rather large sum. "Don't think you can't afford to have fun tonight, okay?" he smiled.
(I may have a lunch break pretty soon...if I vanish for a bit, don't fret... sweatdrop Such weird timing today.)

Alex came back down the stairs and leaned back against the wall again, grunting at a slight discomfort but a shift to put both shoulder blades against the wall fixed it.

Alex looked at the money before looking up at Gren with a single eyebrow raised. Apparently his fiance had not told him that she was a 'famous author.' Regardless she took out her black leather wallet and slipped the money inside, "thank you."

"Oh! Um, thanks, Gren..." Azana said sheepishly, not generally accustomed to carrying around that much. She slipped it into her wallet, glancing over at Max's glittering eyes as the hacker smiled broadly at her own allowance.

The door to the Inn opened, and Stella entered, shimmering in blue and teal hues, her blond hair up in a ponytail. A couple stray strands curled in front of her, simply adding to the effect.
"Sorry I'm a bit late. Shall we, then? The night is young!"
