i would still buy it, and no its not cheating the system.
The system just has no rules or variations for what im trying to do.
See i want my user to be unique and like no other, so i didnt want to make a clan or bloodline because then other could use it.
i just want to have my own Unique fighting style/method, no one no the guild has anything like it or have made a jutsu like it, accept for one clan i dont think anyone uses, and its not the same as what im wanting to do or i would just use it.
I mean its just i cant use any of the jutsu or fighting styles i want till chunin rank, and im not interested in any of the jutsu now. So genin-chunin i have like no jutsu, and i dont want jutsu on my list ill never use, so i dont want it to be to big.

nope no idea what you are talking about at all, you are allowed to make custom jutsu, which include styles, so yeah dont see the problem

lol well the problem is is that i cant use/learn any of the jutsu i make up till chunin, and i dont want to use/learn any other kind of jutsu
