Ninja lord, even if your a genin you can use up to jonin level moves...
In bthe custom jutsu page it says you cant use any custom jutsu untill you are Chunin rank.
or at least i thought ._.
we changed it...ive told you that like 5 times now, you can make customs at any rank
then i was prob mis-understanding anything you said about the subject then lol
and one rule says "must be chunin rank or higher."
and another says "jutsu requests must be of the same rank as you are"
im taking your word for it cuz well its your guild xD
But just letting you know about that.
When i make a made up jutsu, do i have to train it? or do i automatically get it?
