Ok well I would train your RPC directly with my RPC but he is tied up right now. So you can just go to my office and my RPC will give you lightning and Earth scrolls so you can learn like 1 or 2 higher rank jutsu of each element.

Well Sarium was good until he tryed to blow up Kumo and he made a corpse so burnt that hey would think it was him so he could be nuetral but whatever he is gonna show up in suna and help you.
