Humming busily to himself, MacPere buzzed around the inn, delivering the suits for tomorrow to their shared apartment. The cake would be delivered on the day, the photographer would be there throughout, the caterer was sorted.

Phew... He didn't feel so much pressure before his first wedding...

Alex was typing on her computer, looking up only every so often to watch MacPere do his things, but most of her attention was on her book. Until the door of the inn opened and a dark clad man, came in holding a white-haired woman looking to be in her late forties, apparently dead. She was shifted up onto his shoulder, held in one arm as he shut the door behind him and carried the woman to a table.

Alex, though she had taken notice of the woman, could not help but stare at D as he set an older-looking Angeles down at her table, laying her head against the wood and crossing her arms to act as a sort of pillow. He took off his hat and set it over her head to block out the light before turning and noticing Alex. He blinked once before taking a seat away from Angeles and studied the dark blue betta swimming in it's bowl.

The GMO trio were distracted from their crash course in whatever Fenyx had called this working as someone came in with a middle-aged woman.

"Is that...?!"
"D...so it has to be..."
"Angeles? But she looks older..."

Azana glanced toward the stairs, noticing Eli's arrival with a grimace. This was a huge wrench in the gears...

Stella walked over to him, hoping to provide some comfort in Gren's stead. "Eli, there has to be an explanation..."

"I'd certainly like to hear one, D..." Her eyes narrowed at him, wondering what on Earth possessed him to return her here, and at such an inopportune time.

D merely glanced at MacPere before he was addressed in a harsh tone and looked over at the woman who did so. He tilted his head ever so slightly, and began to question his own actions for the briefest second, "I killed her," was all he said at first, "the bloodloss is why she appeared older," he glanced the superheroes before turning to the woman again, "and she is invited to the wedding, isn't she?" the last was less of a question and more of a statment, made with a tone not to be argued with as he glanced back at the redhead, "she informed me that she had promised to go, so I brought her back. That is all."

Sosol thought back for a moment before giving a nod, trying his best not to flinch as Eli stormed past. "Gren did invite her...I almost forgot about that."

You're really serious about your promises... He thought, a concerned look on his face at her state. She'd probably be hungry when she woke.

Azana glanced to Sosol before returning her gaze to D. "I guess you're right..." How did they find the date? Did they announce it in the paper or something?

Stella frowned as he stormed out, remembering all the trouble Angeles had caused. Even with Sosol's explanation, she understood that the vampire had continued to cause trouble afterwards. Though...while she was here...

"She has something of mine. I would like it back," she said to D, meaning, of course, the choker.

D looked at the woman who addressed him next, he did not recognize her, but there was only one thing Angeles had taken from the inn that did not belong to her, and D was wearing it, with both of the stones active, "I'd give it back, but she put it on. And for the sake of your lives, pray she doesn't awaken soon."

"She..." Stella looked at the choker. There was only one way to get it back without Angeles, and doing so was potentially harmful to the dark man.

"We don't want her to awaken...?" Sosol asked, faintly remembering the curse. "Has she gotten worse...?"

"If she's such a threat, why is she in here?" Azana asked him. "Especially if you're compromised..."

Tyler came downstairs, hearing many voices, but stopped at the sight of Angeles. "Oh, hell no," he breathed, turning around and returning upstairs. He was not going to be caught in that crossfire, and he'd make sure the others didn't either.

Fenyx looked at the white haired Angeles, summoning two fans, and a healer's outfit. "Okay, does healing magic work on vampires, or is it better for her to stay like that?"

He then turned to Azana. "To answer your question, you already have a card, so you can register outfits and gear on it. Sosol doesn't, and I was thinking that he should kiss you, inside the magic circle, to get a card. And, yes, one of the people has to have some magic power, otherwise no artifact is formed. However, you don't have to have two mages, it just made it simpler when magic was hidden from the world."
