Azana shook her head to Fenyx. "She's drained of blood, under the influence of a curse, and pissed as hell. It sounds like keeping her down is our best option."

Dammit, Angeles...I thought better of you than this. Guess Remy and Louie are my best hopes for vampire-kind... She thought before being surprised...her cloak and blade cards, she could store more with them? Why hadn't he told her earlier?

"M-me? Oh...but I can't use them," he said with a frown. "I've been trying to get Azana's cloak to summon for weeks..." He glanced back to Angeles, pulling out a bottle of blood just in case.

"Should we contain her...?" Stella asked D. "I could throw together a barrier circle..."

"There's nothing to heal," said D calmly to Fenyx, "and you magic would more likely burn her to ash than do any good," D did not like to talk for extended periods of times, but at the moment it seemed he had no choice. He looked over at the other woman next and answered, "contain her. Right now, she has the strength of a fifty-year old woman suffering from bloodloss. Contain her if you will, but there is hardly a point, and it would be a waste of your magic," he stood up and walked to Sosol, taking the bottle from him and walking towards Angeles, "when I said 'worse' I didn't mean more violent. He gave a dark yet apathetic glance to the room before setting the blood by Angeles.

He rested his hand on her shoulder and bent down to her ear and whispered something. She shifted slightly and her eyes slowly, opened, unfocused to the room around her. She took only two breaths before stopping, a tear pooling in the corner of her eyes before they closed again and she shifted, turning her head to face the wall and using her arms as a cusion as she appeared to fall back asleep.

D reached for the bottle with a sigh and opened it up, pouring a small amount into his hand and rubbing some on her lips grunting, "drink Angeles," in a tone of voice bordering annoyed.

"That's...that's fantastic," Sosol answered. It made a lot of sense...it would be attuned to him, and he already knew what to say. While he felt somewhat guilty about leaving Angeles and D to their business, it seemed that there was little to nothing he could do at that point. "I suppose we should get this taken care of before Zulma sees what you've done to the floor."

Azana nodded, turning away from Angeles and walking back into the circle. She closed her eyes to focus, knowing she'd have to bring forth all her strength...only the best for her fiance.

Stella huffed slightly at D's rather flat response. She felt absolutely useless...to Angeles, to D, even to Eli, who had retreated upstairs. With nothing else to do, she opted to watch the working in action, eager to see its result.

Skuld walked down the hall upstairs, taking a tour of Zulma's expansion when she came upon an open door...and a rather familiar energy within.

"Eliwood...?" She asked, peeking inside. The room was large, like a suite, and elaborately decorated... "Wow..."

Skuld smiled, walking in and marveling at the room. "I had not seen this wing yet...is this your new place? Is Gren staying here, too...?" She was making small talk, she knew, but it had to be of some help...the tension from him was apparent, though she could not quite trace its source. Was he just nervous about the wedding tomorrow? No...it was more than that...

Tyler had returned to his own room, working on programming the new model of his transporter. By the end of the day, and by the wedding as he promised himself, it would be complete. Untested, completely unsafe, but complete.

"Brother told me you have volunteered your services to help her here...that would serve as repayment, would it not?" She asked, grinning as looked around for somewhere to sit.

"That is part of the reason, I will admit...but I also ran into Mr. Hunter in the hallway. He told me I should not go downstairs...he would not say why, but he let me know about this new wing. I thought I would take a look to occupy my time."

"I don't even know the bird's species...! Man, where's Chris when ya need him? Maybe he'd have some recordings I could sift through my translation software. It has to be in here..." James was looking through a database of animal species, both mundane and metaphysical, hoping to find they already had the language mapped.

Angeles appeared to have fallen asleep again and D sighed, moving back to his seat, unaware that Alex had not yet taken her eyes off of him. He sat down and his left hand whispered, "looks like you're not very welcome here either. Guilty by association I guess."

D closed his eyes, "when is the wedding?" he asked to no one specifically.

Alex looked over at the men working on a new device, "I'm pretty sure he's a chocobo," she said flatly.

D sighed but said nothing and closed his eyes. So soon, it gave Angeles little time to recover.

Gren tore open the door, stressed. Taking in the scene around him, he rolled his eyes as he trotted up the stairs to his apartment. No time for this kind of thing. "Eli?"
