Hey guys I have a question. Apparently somone in my squad says that they have Byakugan and the dog clan (forgot the name). the problem is that they already had a bloodline, and they said that they also have the Byakugan because his "mother had it". He said he applied and it was accepted... what do you make of this?

yeah doesnt work like that, 1 bloodline, 1 clan, 1 implant, thats it

now if he got it by taking the Byakugan out of his mom and implanting it into him then its all good
