Zulma opened wide eyes filled with joy.
"Really? You could do that?" but she paused and added in a lower voice "But...wouldn't that be a problem...because I am not a vampire?" she asked confused.

Gren sat comfortably in his favored chair by the fire, playing scales on his saxophone. The day had been quite a lot of exercise for his hands, but he liked keeping them in shape for their intended purpose: music.

Angeles smiled at Gren as he sat then turned to Zulma, "the tome is not vampiric my friend, just magic. You can choose anything you want from it," Angeles handed her the book to search through, "and I'll summon it for you," she sat back in her chair and smiled at Gren again, happy that she could be of some use to Zulma.

Zulma smiled at Gren but her attention was quickly entirely focused on the book which Angeles had handed her. She was exclaiming here and there as she was looking at it. This would be a tough choice.

Angeles hummed in thought then looked at Gren and said, "what do you mean there are others? I've only seen and heard you and MacPere perform," She didn't mention that she herself was able to play an instrument.

Zulma opened huge eyes and pointed at the book. "This is what I want." at that moment she looked very much like a 5 year old going to have her dream fullfilled. "If it's possible..." she added quickly. She was pointing at a giant black panther.

"Well, we play a lot, but I've heard others playing guitars, flutes, and even another fellow playing saxophone! I haven't really seen them much, but I guess we dominate the stage when we're here. Maybe we're just not as shy...I dunno."

Angeles took the book and looked over the page before smiling, "this is a Noble Panther. It will be like December, large, sentient, intelligent, but unable to speak unless you have some sort of form of telepathy or item that allows it. I'm sure you understand? Do you have a preferred gender? Also, as it is intelligent it will have it's own name. It's up to you to discover the name," Angeles waited for her answers, she was more than willing to do this, she just wanted to make sure Zulma knew what she was getting into. It would be a little harder to summon than the owl, but Angeles had summoned a dragon before, the Noble Panther would not be a problem.

Zulma smiled at Gren's enumeration. A lot of musicians indeed.
She looked back at Angeles and nodded. "I have no power of telepathy, but I know someone who would be able to create a necklace with a stone enabling me to speak to the animal." she thought a second. "I think I would prefer a male." her eyes were firm and she understood the responsibility of such a monster. But she knew she was making the right choice. Strangely an old saying from her nurse who was a little witch came back to her mind. She had mentioned the animal. She had even given the name but the memory was confuse.

Kiba stopped in front of the inn. He could talk in his cerebrus form. "Mortals listen to me, your friends are in danger!" He spoke so that they could hear him. "They will return to the inn, but they are fighting for their lives now!" He listened for a reply.
