[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

[Angeles Valentine]

"Alright," said Angeles with a nod and stood up, "this will best be done outside," Angeles then turned and walked outside. December wagged his tail and panted but remained in his spot as he realized Angeles was not outside for him. Angeles' eyes scanned the book then she held out her hand as she began to murmur in a very ancient language. Her hand began to glow with a deep red color as did her eyes. Her voice began to take on an ethereal tone and seemed to echo into the night.

She felt most of her energy drain as the red glow around her hand intensified and began to grow in size. Eventually the glow began to flow away from her hand and began to wrap around her. Then it began to grow and take a large feline shape. The shape began to darken, all save the outlines, until finally a large panther stood behind Angeles, his head turned to look at Zulma, it's tail wrapped around Angeles' front.

Angeles finished chanting and her hand dropped to her side. She sighed as the glow faded from the panther and it growled in a low tone, like an amused purr. Angeles turned around and the panther turned his attention to her, "you have been summoned, noble panther, to be the companion and protector of my friend Zulma," Angeles held out her hand to indicate Zulma, "do you accept this?"

The panther looked at Angeles for a while then at Zulma, then backed to Angeles and closed his eyes, dipping his head in a slight nod. Angeles smiled then walked over to Zulma and smiled at her.

Zulma had followed outside. She was amazed by Angeles's control over magic. This was a unique vision which she was given to assist to.
As the Panther accepted her, Zulma kneed next to the beast. "So beautiful..." she whispered and she allowed herself to scratch the fur on its neck. "Thank you my dear Angeles. Thank you Panther for accepting me, I shall find you a name soon." she stood back up.
She needed to know who was in danger.  

[Valentine Valtieri]

Ultima appeared, not breathing. He'd almost given his life for Star, but he could cling to life. He looked up and spoke feebly. "Can't...breathe..." He blacked out, but held onto his life. Kiba growled. "Knightsoul is still in danger, Star teleported Ultima and herself here."  

[Zulma san]

Zulma rushed back inside and took her katanas. "Please take care of the kids." she asked to Angeles and Gren and looked at the panther.
"Sorry about that, shall you follow me?" she asked and started running. The panther followed.  

[Gren_Eckener]

Gren tapped the keys of his sax and listened. Cerberus? "Well, at least they're coming back, I guess..."  

[Angeles Valentine]

Angeles saw Ultima pass out on the grass. Her eyes were still glowing red and her teeth pulled over her lips revealing her fangs, "sorry Zulma, that would be a bad idea right now to leave me with the child," she turned and whistled and December stood up and bounded over to her in one leap. Angeles hauled herself onto his back then looked at Zulma and her panther, "ready to test your strength?" she asked.

Ultima's throat slowly started to reopen. He knew what was going on. He decided it would have been better if they let him die, they'd be pissed off if he lived. He gave off a small moan, he could tell he was still alive.

Star was next to Shade and was passed out as well.She still felt the burning toxic that clung to her troat,suuffocating her like it did with Shade.IF we make it out of this..then I will... she couldn't finish the thought.The acid was hurting so much she couldn't focuse else were.A few minutes ater her throat began to clear.For the rest of the night she rested.Her body needed it.

[Zulma san]

Zulma looked at Star and Ultima. She grabbed the young girl and quickly laid her on a bed. Then she went back outside and grabbed Ultima and did the same to him. She noticed that they had been poisoned and made them both drink a disgusting potion.
"Now have some rest." she ordered and she left them in two beds next to one another in the medic room.

Once in the main room, she looked at Angeles and remembered the fangs she had seen. Her friend had helped her, she would not let Angeles down. She looked in her cabinet and found a bottle of a unique shape. "Here some nectar, drink it. It's okay if you drink it all. I bought it for you." she smiled at her friend.

"This is a lot for one evening." she said and noticed that the panther was in the Inn. She smiled at him.
"Bed time." she whispered.

"Good night Gren, Good night Angeles." she was truly grateful to the vampire.
She quickly undressed and went to bed, the panther next to her bed, she let her hand hang to pet him. "What is your name?" she whispered before falling asleep.

Watching all of this, Gren sighed. Sometimes it would be cool to have super powers, like everyone else here seemed to, but he was resigned to the fact that he was a simple man with simple tastes. Still, he was happy to see that they were all right, despite what they'd been through. He wasnt exactly helpful during the war for such reasons, but he also felt that he'd fought far harder than most, and was fine with that.

He quietly began playing "What a Wonderful World".

(Night Zulma!)  

[Angeles Valentine]

December walked back carefully to the inn, monitoring Angeles the entire way there. She swung off his back and walked into the in silently, accepting the bottle from Zulma wordlessly and retreating to her corner to drink.She accepted Zulma's judgment on what was in the bottle, though Zulma called it 'nectar.' Zulma knew that normal food and drink did nothing for her whatsoever.

Angeles opened the bottle and drank the drink directly from the bottle. it was potent, tasted like blood, but it was something... more. Angeles coughed slightly but swallowed the fluid and set the bottle on the table. She stood and walked to the kitchen and got herself a glass to pour the fluid into.  

[Gren_Eckener]

Finishing his song, Gren looked about. Angeles looked busy, and he was getting tired. "Perhaps I should call it a night..."

Closing up his case, Gren stood, stretched, and made his way to bed. He'd have his fun tomorrow.

(Night all, 6 AM wakeup means I don't get to stay up as late. crying )

Angeles took the bottle and glass and retreated silently to her room.

[Zulma san]

Zulma woke up and felt a movement in the shadow which made her heart racing and she sprung on the bed to see the silver eyes of her panther staring at her. She chuckled and wrapped her arms around its neck. "Good morning You." she purred at the beautiful animal.

She quickly jumped on her feet, took her shower and put comfy clothes. Then she headed back downstairs followed by the panther.
As she could see no one, she wrapped herself in a cloak and left the Inn.
She needed the stone to be able to communicate with the animal, although it seemed that he knew what she was saying.

After two hours of walk, Zulma wanted to walk despite the offer of the panther to let her ride him. "On the way back maybe.." she had whispered. They reached their destination.  

[Angeles Valentine]

Angeles had wanted to sleep through the day, the day previous reminding her how nice it was to wake up and have the power she needed to do things she was used to doing. But the morning she would have no such luck, as the sun came through her window and her eyes opened. Angeles almost laughed at the cruelty of it all before she swung her legs over the side if the bed and strolled downstairs. She sat at her table with the bottle of 'nectar' and watched as Zulma came down the stairs with the panther and left. Angeles shrugged and poured herself another glass of the potent liquid and slowly began to drink it.
