"Hey, what are husbands for?" He cooed, returning the kiss with one to the forehead.
Noting a black cat slink by, MacPere scooped Moonbeam up and plopped her into Gren's lap, standing. "Here, you stroke Moonbeam and I'll go get some biscuits to go with that tea..."

When his husband was out of sight, Gren gave his mother a look as she innocently sipped her tea. "This seems familiar."
"I'm not sure what you mean." she smiled.
"Sly minx." he chuckled, scratching Moonbeam's chin.

Shalmii jumped in behind Gren, as she had been behind the chair the entire time. "Well, I'm happy everything's okay!" She saw Moonbeam. "Ooooo! Can I pet the cat!"

Gren jumped with a start, spooking Moonbeam, who consequently dug her claws into his leg. With a weary sigh, he petted Moonbeam to calm her, gently uprooting her claws. "...Sure, go ahead."

Shalmii, seeing that she spooked Gren, immediately apologized, then, when Gren offered Moonbeam, she cheered, then started rambling to the cat, while petting her.

Still humming his jovial tune, MacPere returned with the biscuits, popping a bourbon into his mouth.
"We look tired, sweetheart..." He cooed as he returned to a kneeling position on the floor.

"Okay, mister!" Shalmii ran away from the room. A few seconds later, Fenyx popped in, holding several wands, and a large hammer. "Okay... I really don't know what to do right now, so I'm working on enchanting this hammer so that it never actually harms anything..." He then followed after his sister.

Taking the last photograph from the small box he'd procured from under the bed, MacPere heaved a happy sigh. It somehow seemed fitting that the last picture to be drawn out would be their wedding portrait.
"Silly thing, marrying me..." He muttered with a loving smile, placing a few strips of specialised double-sided tape to the back. Carefully, he pressed it to the wall, between the shots he'd taken of his husband asleep and a photograph he'd taken with Azana and Sosol.
He took a small step backward, folding his arms and observing the colourfully decorated wall with a sigh of triumph. Hopefully, it would be appreciated.
