Well that's easy. You simply tell them that a clan has already been made with those jutsu, and that they have to be a part of the clan to have them. As for the chidori or sharingan stuff, if its overpowered then tell them so and deny them on that. You don't have to deny stuff just because its been done somewhere else. As long as it doesn't god mode and as long as people don't make a long stream of custom jutsus that would much rather fit as a clan or bloodline, then I don't see a problem with someone who wants to create their own version of something. Hell, even Chidori itself is just Sasuke's own version of Kakashi's Lightning Blade. Think about that.

Well let's say someoen makes another rasengan that combines all elemnts some how they got all elements, then someoen else makes a rasengan that use 4 elements it makes the 4 element one kinda stupdi and pointless, same with sasuke he made a stronger version making ppl not want to use chidori anymore but the ywant to use the new chidori, it's to keep ppl happy with what they got and use what they got this guild has hundreds of jutsu and there is really no reason to complain if a jutsu is denied, because you can just try agian next week and doing this can often lead to better ideas

Hidan bears a large rope scythe and he admits that he is the slowest attacker of the group. He hails from Hot Springs village. He and his partner Kakuzu were responsible for acquiring the Two-Tailed Jinchuuriki. Hidan practices an evil god cult religion named Jashin. This religion loves chaos and death, and Hidan himself is near immortal due to the Kinjutsu used on him by Jashin. On one of Kakuzu's side bounty trips, he killed Sarutobi Asuma in battle using his Jashin Kinjutsu. He was eventually blown up and buried deep underground by Shikamaru. Because the Kinjutsu allows him to live only as long as he kills and performs his rituals, his burial underground may eventually cause his death.

Obviously that could never happen, as one would reason that rasengan is strictly wind and thus could not be used in fusion with other elements. Same could be said for chidori. If it came down to something like that though, then you could easily make a rule that customs are not allowed to be taught to other players. If it still becomes too much of a problem then you can finally decide that rasengan and chidori copies are not allowed. However, it isn't fine to judge everything so broadly and deny jutsu just because a part of it resembles something else. That just kills the creativity of players and pisses them off.

@Fenrir: Correction: Rasengan is an incomplete jutsu, and the Chidori is actually a failed merge of lightning chakra with the Rasengan. Soooo...technically fusion of Chidori and Rasengan shouldn't be possible, but again the anime filler did that once, with Naruto and Sasuke...

First of all, that was an example I know that would not happen. seocnd there is a fire rasengan as well, and water, . Next Chidori and Rasengan are not the olny problems soem ppl try and use loops holes and don't even relize it, another example, a Noob RPer creates a justu in which causes shadows to catch on fire, so if some touchs there shadow it will burn them so then a mroe expiernced RPer sees the just and thinks well combine that with the nara clan and they nwo are able to use fire shadows, thtas not the best example but basicly if you make a jutsu combined with antoher justu it can cuase godmodding.

There's a jutsu that is near unavoidable and causes you to instantly erupt in black flames that you can never put out. I don't see how manipulating a shadow that can burn you if you touch it is so bad. stare Anyways, its late for me. I'm out.

scream Thta just an example OMG Stop taking them as if there are real!!! I'm saying ppl use some jutsu to make unstoppablly storng jutsu at chunnin and latly Sen hasn';t even been that picky, except my stupid ideas really it's for checks and balance and I agree I think that the Armatsu should be ban because I think it's to popular and is just to powerful anyway Night blaugh
