Hey I was wondering, how many people in the chuunin exam beome chuunin normally? and also, If you lose a fight, is there still a possibility of you ranking to chuunin if you used good techniques, plans, and skills?

Oh that plan is better since the bottle may knock him out. You walk up to him with the bottle, pretending to be drunk, then you smash it over his head, of course only in the case of self defence (lets not forget those pesky laws). Then you may call the police and while ou wait, tbag him Halo style or light the match in his face.
